One or two-days weightlifting workshops combined with theoretical knowledge about olympic weightlifting. Organized classes are for groups of about 10 people. For larger groups, I hire my assistants who also have great experience in weightlifting. Classes are usually split on two topics: snatch and clean&jerk with a break in between. The workshops are is for beginners as well as people who are at an intermediate level. In particular, I invite personal coach who want to their coaching skills, enthusiasts weightlfting and people who would like to learn from scratch the technique and how to train the olympic weightlifting.
In the case of one-day workshops, they last about 6 hours with a break between the subject of snatch and clean&jerk. When he organizes workshops in sports centers with an overnight stay, the classes are a bit longer, but you can rest between sessions, thanks to which your absorb knowledge better.
