I work both professional weightlifters and completely beginners. You can count on help! You will surely have a lot of questions about training and weightlifting. We contact via sheet, social media and/or phone.
- You will get access to a private training sheet and complete a survey.
- You carry out the training, complete the realization of the training and add links to videos of the exercises performed.
- You do your training every 7-10. days I check your training in detail.
- After analyzing the videos and training, you will receive feedback and a plan for the next days.

Frequently Asked Questions
As a rule, once a week deals with the training of the week in detail. However, if there is a need and you have doubts or questions about training, etc., I am at your disposal. We can contact you via the sheet and social media.
You can create a directory on free google drive and share it with me. Most of my students add videos in this way, creating subdirectories for subsequent training weeks.
I suggest sending up to 5 videos (5 approaches) from each training. Sometimes I may ask you to send more. There is no minimum or maximum amount of videos it analyzes. If I think that, for example, in a specific exercise, attention should be paid to something, I will definitely write it to you.
There is no limit to the number of training sessions per week. The frequency of training depends on you and your time possibilities. Consider that advanced athletes train about 9 times a week. For beginners, I recommend 3-4. workouts a week, while intermediate 4-6. workouts per week.
