Personal weightlifting training program with analysis of training videos and support during program implementation. Online coaching

You get access to a private sheet that only you and me I can see. We also communicate there, but I see no contraindications to contact additionally, e.g. via social media. I approach each student individually. Based on your current possibilities, goals, physical conditions or time possibilities, we set the number of trainings per week, and I prepare for you my training proposal focused on the olympic weightlifting.

After receiving the training plan, you start session. You fill in your results of the program and upload your training videos on a regular basis. After analyzing the videos and training, you will receive tips on what to improve and a plan for the next weeks. We introduce changes in training on an ongoing basis as needed. I won’t leave you alone with the training plan. You will certainly have many questions regarding training and weightlifting. You can count on my help!

I train both professional weightlifters and complete beginners. I also treats everyone individually, not in a standard way, so you can be calm about whether you will can realization training with me. I trained athletes, among others from Poland, Norway, Great Britain, Canada, the United States and Thailand.

I have many years of experience, gaining it on the biggest weightlifting competition and in cooperation with many trainers. Most importantly, the experience is also supported by the results achieved by me during my sports career.

FAQ

I train athletes who take part in competitions and those who start their adventure with olympic weightlifting practically from scratch. If you are still not sure, then I invite you to personal training, workshops or to contact with me.

As a rule, once a week, he deals with the training of the week in detail. However, when the need arises and you have doubts or questions about training, etc., I am at your disposal. We can contact via the spreadsheet and social media.

You can create a directory on a free google drive and share it with me. Most of my students add videos in this way, creating subdirectories for the next training weeks.

You can send up to 5 videos (5 attempts) of each training session. Sometimes I may ask you to send more. There is no minimum or maximum amount of videos that it analyzes. If I believe that, for example, in a specific exercise, attention should be paid to something, then I will definitely write it to you.

There are no limits to the number of trainings per week. The frequency of trainings depends on you and your time possibilities. Take into account that advanced players train approximately 9 times a week. For beginners, I recommend 3-4. trainings weekly, and intermediate 4-6. training sessions per week.
