Weightlifting training program

Hi! My name is Arkadiusz Michalski. I am a representative of Poland Team in weightlifting. My greatest successes are the European championship, the fifth place at the World Championships and the seventh place at the Olympic Games.

My personal best is 180 kg in snatch and 227 kg in clean&jerk in body weight category up to 105 kg.
